Martin McCorkle is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he also works as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Emerging Analytics Center. Drawing on a foundation in embedded systems, mechanical/aerospace engineering, and machine learning, his work since joining the EAC in early 2025 has focused on real-time neural decoding for motorsport and flight simulation. Passionate about advanced Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), Martin aims to create Brain–Computer Interface (BCI) systems that intuitively adapt to operator intent, enhancing both performance and safety in high-stakes environments.
